Cozy Sloth Bakery is a small, locally operated business owned by Jessica Burks-Hale. We specialize in handcrafted soups, sweets, and sips made slow, with care, and always with a cozy touch.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information when placing orders or signing up for emails.
   
• Not engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or interfere with the site’s functionality.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected.

We offer online ordering for select products and seasonal items.

• Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party providers (such as Square, PayPal, or Shopify). Cozy Sloth Bakery does not store or have access to your full payment details.
   
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. If you don’t receive one, please contact us at hello@cozyslothbakery.com
   
• Availability: All products are made in small batches and may be limited. We may need to adjust or cancel orders if items are sold out or ingredients are unavailable — but we’ll always communicate with you first.
   

Because Cozy Sloth Bakery focuses on freshness and local connection, most orders are available for:

• Local pickup at designated markets or bakery locations.
   
• Local delivery when offered (details available at checkout).
   

We do not currently offer nationwide shipping unless stated otherwise on specific products.

All of our items are made fresh and perishable, so we cannot accept returns once an item has been picked up or delivered.

If there’s ever an issue with your order (quality, missing item, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of receipt at hello@cozyslothbakery.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our products are made in a kitchen that may handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we do our best to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
If you have dietary concerns, please reach out before placing an order so we can provide ingredient details.
